Role Overview
- The Media and Communications Lead will take full ownership of all brand communication channels ensuring consistent storytelling, strong audience engagement and measurable business impact.
- This role is both strategic and hands on. You will lead content planning campaign execution email marketing video coordination and performance tracking across all platforms.
- You will work directly with the CEO and internal teams to align brand voice messaging and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Platform Management
- Own the end to end media strategy for Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Threads X Blog and Google My Business
- Build and manage structured content calendars with daily weekly and monthly publishing schedules
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms and sub brands
Content Creation and Execution
- Oversee the creation and publishing of blog content with a target of multiple high quality posts weekly
- Lead daily storytelling and engagement across Instagram and TikTok
- Produce consistent professional LinkedIn content to grow brand authority
- Oversee content planning for X and Threads to reinforce thought leadership
Paid Media and Campaigns
- Create manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track performance and optimize audience targeting and content formats
Email Marketing and CRM
- Own the email marketing funnel including segmentation scheduling and performance reporting
- Design or supervise the creation of email templates using design and AI tools where required
- Align email campaigns with blog content current offers and promotions
Video and Visual Media
- Work closely with in house video and content creators to produce YouTube and long form video content
- Coordinate execution of CEO led videos travel features and brand campaigns
Brand Reputation and External Media
- Actively manage Google My Business including reviews updates visuals and posts
- Identify partnership opportunities with external media houses and publications
- Prepare content for guest features interviews and media placements
Website and Platform Alignment
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure website content is conversion focused and engaging
- Support the integration of new CRM and website systems from a content and communication standpoint
Sub Brand Media Integration
- Extend all media responsibilities to Yaalah, Weaves by Lery and LH Homes
- Align messaging between main brand and sub brand platforms
- Coordinate cross posting blog features and campaigns across all platforms
Reporting and Performance
- Produce weekly reports covering engagement reach content performance and conversion insights
- Present structured quarterly reports highlighting growth gaps and improvement strategies
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in media communications or digital marketing leadership
- Strong writing editing and storytelling abilities
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior
- Experience managing content calendars and multi platform strategies
- Proficiency in email marketing and CRM driven campaigns
- Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into action
Preferred Background
- Experience working with luxury hospitality travel lifestyle or personal brands
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
- Familiarity with video production workflows and creative direction
- Experience managing multi brand ecosystems
