Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Media and Digital Marketer to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support property sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of content creation, social media management, performance marketing, and visual storytelling tailored for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (graphics, videos and blog posts
- Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Manage social media channels and engage with audiences to build brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for properties and company events.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads), email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Strong design and content creation skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
