Job Summary
- Ash Properties & Constructions Ltd is seeking a smart, creative, and highly organized Media Executive / Content Creator to lead the company’s day-to-day media and content execution.
- The ideal candidate should be able to capture, edit, organize, and publish high-quality visual content that reflects a premium real estate brand. This role is best suited for someone with strong content creation skills, good visual judgment, and the ability to work from the office daily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture photo and video content for properties, site visits, office activities, and events
- Edit videos, reels, photographs, and branded media content
- Manage social media posting and content scheduling
- Support simple design tasks for property and campaign materials
- Maintain an organized media library for property and campaign assets
- Support website content updates and basic SEO-related content tasks
- Coordinate shoot schedules, content timelines, and deliverables with relevant teams
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Relevant experience in content creation, media production, or digital marketing
- Good photography, videography, and editing skills
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and related platforms
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Ikoyi, Lagos
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for property shoots
