Job Summary

- These specialists typically focus on creating novel machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning models to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate novel ML algorithms and models.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on advancements, designing experiments to evaluate models, and prototyping solutions.
- Work with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems and integrating AI solutions into products.
- Compare and benchmark model performance using statistical metrics.
- Prepare research reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Design and execute experiments to test model performance.
- Stay up to date with academic publications and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, IT, or related fields (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering).
- 5 years proven experience in AI/ML development, data science, or specialized roles like annotator or evaluator.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and alsofamiliar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with specific AI evaluation tools search evaluation or annotation platforms.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills for reporting model flaws.
