Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer located in Lagos.
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of project activities, report writing, data management, and providing technical assistance to project staff.
- The officer will also ensure the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, data quality management, and conducting site visits for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- System Monitoring and M&E skills
- Report Writing and Analytical Skills
- Data Management skills
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating health, environment, and entrepreneurship projects
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or any related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in using data analysis software such as SPSS or STATA is an added advantage
- Professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage
