Job Description
- This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding consistency, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and events
- Develop animated explainer videos and promotional content for AI, policy, and innovation programs
- Collaborate with the design, communications, and media teams to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives
- Edit short-form and long-form video content when required
- Ensure brand consistency across all animated assets
- Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Motion Design or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools is an advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animated videos, and digital storytelling projects
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working with tech, innovation, education, or development-focused organizations
- Understanding of digital storytelling for policy, advocacy, and youth-focused audiences
- Creative thinker with strong conceptual development skills.
