Job Summary:
- The Multimedia Officer is responsible for creating, editing, and disseminating multimedia content to promote the organization’s brand, activities, and messages across various platforms. This role requires a creative and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality multimedia content (videos, photography, audio) for various platforms (social media, website, TV, radio).
- Create engaging stories with captions, and interpret scripts to convey Invictus Africa’s message.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all digital channels.
Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to develop video concepts and storylines.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality photos of organizational events, activities, and staff.
- Edit and optimize photos for web and social media use.
Storytelling and Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a content strategy to engage target audiences.
- Identify and share compelling stories that showcase Invictus Africa’s impact.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and maintain multimedia equipment (cameras, lighting, sound).
- Provide technical support for events and meetings.
