Located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Tramatch is a faith-driven dating app startup(bootstrapped) on a mission to unite souls and spirituality in a God-centered environment. Our innovative app is designed to facilitate meaningful connections based on shared beliefs, church involvement, and biblical values.
We are seeking a highly skilled Next.js Full-Stack Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience building and deploying enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering scalable applications, understands the nuances of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
This role is critical in shaping ReqArchitect’s platform, ensuring high-quality code, seamless user experiences, and enterprise-grade robustness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Next.js 14+ applications (App Router, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui).
- Build scalable full-stack features with integrations across backend APIs, databases, and external services.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers to translate enterprise SaaS requirements into elegant solutions.
- Implement and maintain multi-tenant SaaS patterns including authentication, RBAC, and billing integrations.
- Optimize performance for complex dashboards, tables, and AI-driven workflows.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following modern best practices (CI/CD, TDD, GitHub Actions).
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend Developer.
- Proven experience developing enterprise SaaS products (please showcase projects you’ve worked on).
- Strong proficiency in:
- Next.js (13/14+, App Router)
- React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
- shadcn/ui or similar component libraries
- Node.js & API development
- PostgreSQL/Prisma ORM
Experience with:
- Multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Authentication & RBAC (OAuth, JWT, NextAuth/Auth.js)
- CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable with evolving requirements.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience building complex data-driven dashboards (MUI DataGridPro, SmartTables).
