About the Role
- The Partnership & Business Development Lead will play a central role in expanding the reach and adoption of our SaaS product across Africa and international markets.
- This role is ideal for someone strategic, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to scale.
- You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships, managing affiliates and reseller networks, and building strong connections with SME communities, business associations, cooperatives, influencers, and other strategic groups.
- Your key mission is to champion our SaaS product and ensure it reaches the businesses that need it most.
- This position is suited to someone who thrives in growth environments, understands the business landscape, and knows how to convert relationships into meaningful business outcomes.
Role Expectations
As the Partnership & Business Development Lead, you will:
- Build strong relationships with SMEs, business groups, associations, influencers, and reseller partners.
- Grow and manage the affiliate and partnership networks for our SaaS product.
- Identify strategic collaboration opportunities across industries and regions.
- Represent MBZ Technology in meetings, presentations, demos, and community engagements.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to convert partnership channels into sustainable revenue.
- Provide insights that shape product adoption and market expansion strategies.
- Track, monitor, and report partnership performance and outcomes.
