Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst (3–5 years) to support the PMO in driving project governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.
- The role will work closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-documented, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project KPIs, preparing dashboards, coordinating governance meetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- This position requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO frameworks, standards, and templates.
- Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project and portfolio-level performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper archiving of all project documentation.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating deviations as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance processes, tools, and working methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
