About the job
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively during shoots.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos with pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to meet project objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper file storage and backup.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging tone, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices to enhance content quality.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of all media assets.
- Uphold confidentiality of all production materials and internal projects.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of video composition, framing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing software and post-production workflows.
- Understanding of lighting techniques and sound design.
- Creativity and attention to visual detail.
- Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience (Real Estate industry will be an added advantage)
- HND, BSC or related educational background
