Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily studio operations for TV and Radio broadcasts.
- Coordinate with producers, presenters, engineers, and technical crew during live and recorded programs.
- Ensure all studio equipment is properly set up and functioning before broadcasts.
- Maintain order, discipline, and professional standards within the studio environment.
- Schedule studio usage for programs, recordings, and rehearsals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Report technical issues and liaise with engineering teams for prompt resolution.
- Support program production teams to achieve high-quality broadcast output.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Media Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in studio operations within a TV or Radio station.
- Good knowledge of broadcast studio equipment and operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during live broadcasts.
- Good communication and leadership abilities
