About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable React components.
- Implement features and functionalities for web applications according to user stories and technical specifications.
- Refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and readability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to bring projects to life.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React and related technologies.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and technical issues.
- Contribute to the overall code quality and maintainability of the application.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a React developer.
- Experience with Nextjs
- Familiarity with authentication flows, role-based access control (RBAC)
- Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of React concepts and principles (e.g., components, state management, hooks).
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
