Responsibilities
- Build high-quality front-end components and interfaces with React.js.
- Create and maintain front-end features, collaborating with engineering teams to define backend integration points.
- Work closely with the product team and UI/UX designers to translate user interaction goals into functional interfaces.
- Analyze application requirements and evaluate interface designs for feasibility and user experience.
- Monitor and assess user interactions to enhance usability and engagement.
- Create scalable and responsive front-end components using advanced React techniques.
- Write clean and efficient interface code in JavaScript, adhering to React.js workflows and best practices.
- Turn design specifications into functional and polished front-end components.
- Improve component performance for seamless operation on various browsers and devices.
- Perform thorough testing and updates to ensure the application remains secure and performs efficiently.
- Apply core principles of Redux to manage application state effectively.
- Use shared components and frontend libraries to build scalable and maintainable applications.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a React Developer.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- Experience with data structure libraries, e.g., Immutable.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
