Job Summary
We are seeking a highly computer-savvy and research-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of modern digital tools, including AI technologies, and will lead efforts in research, data analysis, and process improvement to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to support business decisions, innovation, and operational improvements
- Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and generate insights
- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development
- Analyze data and present actionable reports to management
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement solutions
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, especially AI and automation tools
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital workflows
- Collaborate with different departments to improve efficiency and problem-solving
- Train team members on the use of digital tools and systems
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data tools, etc.)
- Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analysis tools)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
