Job Summary:
The Data Analyst & Retention analyst is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, engagement trends, and retention patterns to help the company understand why customers stay or leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention & Churn Analysis
- Track and analyze user retention, churn rates, and customer lifecycle.
- Identify segments with high churn risk and provide actionable insights.
Cohort & Behavior Analysis
- Build and maintain cohort analysis reports (e.g., Day 1, Day 7, Day 30 retention).
- Study user journeys and engagement behaviors across products and platforms.
Segmentation & Predictive Modeling
- Develop predictive models for churn risk, user lifetime value, and engagement.
- Perform user segmentation based on behavior and demographics.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, customer service, and marketing personnel.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 -2 years’ experience in Statistics, data analytics, or tech experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tool
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
