Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Information Technology Solutions Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive range of IT solutions and services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients in the target market. Develop a deep understanding of clients' IT needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Sales Strategies: Devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to define sales plans and set achievable objectives.
  • Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to understand clients' IT requirements thoroughly. Articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions and demonstrate how they can address clients' challenges and enhance their operations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact and build trust through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Pre-Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our IT solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Handle objections and address concerns to secure successful deals.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the IT industry. Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential advantages for our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in selling IT solutions, software, or related services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT solutions, including but not limited to cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, software applications, and managed IT services.
  • Results-Driven: Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/HND/BA
