Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Masterto join our dynamic, fully remote team.
- You will facilitate Agile processes, remove obstacles, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products on time.
- You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team in applyingAgile/Scrum principlesto maximize productivity and quality.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementand open communication.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery timelines.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Masterin a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban) and Agile metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in aremote, distributed teamenvironment.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with tools likeJira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
