Senior Digital Marketing Executive at Ha-Shem Limited

Role Overview

  • The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills with hands-on experience across all digital channels. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Ha-Shem’s business goals, product launches, and service offerings (Havis 360, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Outsourcing, Training, etc.).
  • Lead ideation, planning, and production of content for web, social media, blogs, email campaigns, print, and video.
  • Oversee editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of relevant and engaging content for target audiences (B2B, B2C, enterprise clients).
  • Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation in collaboration with technical and sales teams.

Creative Direction & Asset Production

  • Direct the creation of visual assets (graphics, videos, infographics, presentations) that reinforce Ha-Shem’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Manage in-house and external creative resources (designers, videographers, agencies) to produce high-quality materials for campaigns, events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand guidelines across all platforms.

Digital Content Management

  • Oversee website content management (WordPress), ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Implement best practices for content distribution via email, push notifications, social media, and mobile apps.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary content and creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective content solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all content and creative initiatives.

Brand Stewardship & Quality Control

  • Serve as gatekeeper for all digital and print communication output, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Drive strategic rebranding initiatives and support the evolution of Ha-Shem’s visual identity.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify Ha-Shem’s market presence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Define, measure, and report KPIs for all digital marketing activities (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, etc.).
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing approaches for higher engagement and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, and creative services, preferably in technology or IT sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading content and creative teams, delivering successful campaigns and product launches.
  • Advanced proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, Joomla), graphic/video design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand storytelling, multimedia production, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven marketing.

  • Growth in brand awareness and engagement across digital channels.
  • Quality and impact of creative assets produced.
  • Timely delivery of content for product launches and campaigns.
  • Improvement in website traffic, SEO rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Team development and retention.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • May require occasional travel depending on business needs.
  • Flexibility in working hours, especially for market/client engagement.
