Job Summary
- The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the company’s digital growth, visibility, and overall market positioning.
- This role is primarily focused on digital marketing leadership, with a strong requirement for creative content development that supports high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies that generate traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online channels.
- You will be expected to combine data-driven marketing expertise with compelling content creation, ensuring all campaigns are both performance-oriented and creatively engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across social media, web, and advertising platforms
- Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across all platforms
- Create and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing plans
- Analyze performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate and develop multimedia marketing materials for promotions and campaigns
- Drive SEO and organic growth strategies to improve search visibility
- Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and digital activations
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and digital agencies
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to management
Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- 4–6 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or e-commerce
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
- SEO & SEM
- Google Ads & Analytics
- Social Media Advertising (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
- Email & Mobile Marketing
- Demonstrated ability in content creation (graphics, copy, and campaign storytelling)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and audience targeting
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage
- Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web metrics and campaign performance data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively
