As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will lead the visual design projects across our platforms, infusing innovation and creativity into every piece of content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create stunning visuals that resonate with our audience and elevate the KingMakers brand. What you will be doing:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concepts through to execution, ensuring a cohesive brand direction.
- Create compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that enhance messaging and storytelling.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies; incorporate best practices into design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
What you need for this role:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a senior or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design projects across different mediums.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with UI/UX design concepts is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire the creative team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
