Job Description & Summary

  • A career within Technology Consulting, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop strategies that transform their technology capabilities and solve their key challenges.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain to expand the firm's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Technical Delivery:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience providing cybersecurity consulting services to internal or external clients.
  • Current or previous experience in Consulting (either the Big 4 or Niche firms) is a must; industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering complex cybersecurity projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
