Job Description & Summary

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain to expand the firm's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Technical Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
- Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience providing cybersecurity consulting services to internal or external clients.
- Current or previous experience in Consulting (either the Big 4 or Niche firms) is a must; industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering complex cybersecurity projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.
