About Role
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online presence and engagement across social media channels.
- This role builds strong digital communities, increases audience interaction, and maintains brand reputation through responsive, engaging, and timely content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Schedule, post, and respond to followers' comments and DMs.
- Create engaging content aligned with campaigns and trends.
- Lead and drive community engagement and growth across WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Monitor online conversations and manage brand sentiment.
- Track metrics (engagement, reach, joins, follower growth) and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 5 years in a social media or community engagement role.
- Excellent writing, content creation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and algorithms.
