  - Plan and execute changes
  - Ensure monthly data backups
  - Maintain and update device support and spare records
  - Provide hardware support for Netapp and Oracle Tape Library
  - Project Archival Retrieval System Restores
  - Deploying new storage requirements to users
  - Restore of data from Monthly Tape Backup
  - Monitor Daily Backup Report Status and resolve exceptions (Backup Failures if any)
  - Health check status of Storage Infrastructure
  - Progress tracking report of Monthly Tape Backup Activity
  - Resolution of Storage Failed Disks as applicable
  - Monitor & Resolve SharePoint Separate Full Farm and Database Daily Backup
  - Completion Verification of Monthly Tape Backup Activity
  - Ensure Storage Aggregates are within acceptable thresholds
  - Ensure Storage Volumes are within acceptable thresholds
  - Close out any identified storage infrastructure vulnerability
  - Cleanup of restored volumes after confirmation from Requestor
  - Backend refresh of SAP Data during ERP System Refresh Activity
  - Daily Storage SOx Evidence uploading into SharePoint
  - Provide support to project delivery
  - Customer Engagement Sessions
  - Adhoc support team requests
  - Process Documents
  - Remediation of all events of interest on controls for SOx and Non-SOx assets
  - Remediation of all events of interest on controls for D&M SOx and Non-SOx assets (5 controls)
