Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven SEO Content Creator to develop high-quality, search-optimized content that drives organic traffic and establishes our authority in the HRTech space.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS content creation, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and an interest in HR, recruitment, and workplace trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for content creation
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals
- Write, edit, and optimize long-form blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, email copy, and case studies
- Produce SEO-friendly web content that educates HR professionals and recruiters on hiring best practices, DEI, ATS usage, payroll, etc.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (headings, internal linking, meta descriptions, schema, etc.)
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Update and repurpose existing content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and relevant
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with our brand voice
- Stay updated on trends in HRTech, SaaS marketing, and Google's algorithm changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in SEO content creation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or HRTech environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficient with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, or Clearscope
- Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle, HR practices, and SaaS marketing funnels
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML is a plus
- Experience with AI content tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT) is a bonus.
