Job Description
- We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist/Manager to plan, execute, and manage our social media presence across all platforms.
- This role will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company and product goals
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team on campaign planning and execution for social media
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign timelines
- Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to improve performance
Content & Community Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including text, graphics, videos, reels, and stories
- Manage daily posting across all social media platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Moderate online communities and manage brand reputation.
Growth & Performance:
- Grow social media accounts through consistent engagement and campaign-driven initiatives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize content and campaigns based on data and audience behavior
Brand & Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Customer Support, and other internal teams
- Support product launches, announcements, and promotional campaigns
Paid Media & Influencer Support:
- Support execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns
- Identify, manage, and coordinate influencer and brand partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and social trends
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of graphic and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing brand or fintech/startup social media accounts
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
