- We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and sales-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our media company’s online presence across multiple platforms.
- This role is responsible for building brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and converting followers into customers through the sale of merchandise and digital/physical products using platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- The ideal candidate understands content creation, social commerce, paid ads, analytics, and community building, and can translate online engagement into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Growth:
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Grow followers, reach, impressions, and engagement organically and through paid campaigns
- Monitor trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates to stay ahead
Content Creation & Creative Direction:
- Create engaging, high-quality content including:
- Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Graphics, memes, carousels, and motion posts
- Product-focused content and promotional creatives
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors where necessary
- Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and storylines tailored to each platform
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied
Social Commerce & Product Sales:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
Community Management & Brand Engagement:
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and nurture an active online community
- Handle feedback, reviews, and customer concerns effectively
- Engage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors when needed
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
- Track performance metrics such as:
- Engagement rate
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Sales and conversion metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to improve content strategy and sales outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and engagement
- Revenue generated from social media sales
- Campaign performance and ROI
- Content consistency and quality
- Community response time and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 2–5 years experience in social media or digital marketing (preferred)
- Experience in media, entertainment, fashion, or e-commerce is an added advantage
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media are a plus
Core Skills:
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or media company
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and social commerce tools
- Content creation skills (video, graphics, copywriting)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid ads and digital marketing funnels.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations
- Ability to convert engagement into sales.
