Job Summary
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms
- Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience
- Brainstorm ideas for posts with clients and create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other professionals to develop campaigns on social platforms
- Establish and implement strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators
- Conduct social media research to gather ideas and understand the audience’s needs
- Monitor and optimize the company’s website and social media pages
- Maintain editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility
- Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field
- Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc)
- Experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media
- Understanding of social media principles and concepts
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc
- Exceptional design and creative skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Organization and time management
- Detail-oriented.
