Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), prepare monthly reports, and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and grow online communities and followers.
- Handle social media crises or PR issues when necessary.
- Able to generate Leads and conversions from the prospect audience for the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and TikTok.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Crisis management and community moderation experience.
