Job Summary
- The Social Media Manager will manage all social media pages, create engaging content, plan marketing campaigns, and build brand awareness.
- You will work closely with the management team to create and execute strategies that align with our brand tone and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content (photos, videos, captions, and stories) across all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor trends, comments, and messages to engage with followers.
- Collaborate with the team to organize product shoots and video content ideas.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing business or brand social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content creation strategies.
- Good photography and video-editing skills (mobile or professional).
- Strong writing and storytelling ability for captions and campaigns.
- Creative mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Must reside within Gbagada, Yaba, or nearby areas in Lagos.
