Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Manage daily posting schedules, audience interaction, and online reputation.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Keep up with trends, new features, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
- Collaborate directly with the brand owner on campaigns and storytelling.
- Manage social media ads and influencer collaborations when required.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
