Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in creativity.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help clients find their perfect property via social media.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Developing and curating engaging content (posts, images, videos, blogs) tailored to the brand and audience.
- Social Media Strategy: Planning and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing online conversations to build a community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, traffic) and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Advertising: Running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them to reach target audiences.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Keeping up with social media trends and adapting content to remain relevant.
- Collaboration: Working with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to align strategies and messaging
- Must be good at Graphic Design, Video Creation and Editing.
Requirements
- HND qualification with 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Must be knowledgeable on all the relevant tools.
- Preferrably candidates resident around Asokor, Karu, Nyanya, Mararaba axis are encouraged to apply
