Job Description

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy across all platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly skilled in content creation, community management, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels) that reflects the brand’s tone and identity.
  • Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to keep content relevant and effective.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and budget allocation when necessary.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, algorithms, and best practices to continuously optimize strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities and engagement rates.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising and content performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
