Job Summary
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Uncle Stan’s online presence across all digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytics to ensure our brand stays engaging, trendy, and impactful in the fast-paced world of social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce exciting and shareable content.
- Monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and competitor activities, and apply them to our brand.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
- Run paid social campaigns (ads, sponsored posts, influencer collaborations) and track ROI.
- Prepare monthly social media reports and insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Drive online campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations that generate buzz.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle feedback and ensure excellent online reputation management.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
- Creative, fun, and up-to-date with online culture, memes, and trends.
- Strong communication and people skills for community building.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
