- The ideal candidate should be smart, able to take initiative to deliver tasks, and must have a proven track record as a Social Media officer/content creator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (photos and videos)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Using social media tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Communicate with followers, respond to DMs in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Running company social media advertising campaigns
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients via the social media platforms
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HND/BSC from a reputable institution
- Minimum of a year experience as a social media manager.
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent video editing and Iphoneography skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Experience with using Canva, In-shot, and other social media apps like Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Very creative, innovative, and fast thinker.
