About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and drive online visibility, audience engagement, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform.
- Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and user engagement.
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content relevant and effective.
- Manage and grow online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone of voice across all content.
- Run social media ads and boost posts as needed to reach target audiences.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 – 3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Photography and videography skills (mobile or camera) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, creative, and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of basic social media analytics and insights.
