Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our digital presence, develop engaging content, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies while ensuring consistent audience engagement and measurable growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize engagement.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate periodic reports to guide decision-making.

Content Creation & Development

  • Create engaging content including videos, graphics, and written posts for digital platforms.
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit content tailored to target audiences.
  • Write compelling captions and marketing copy to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
  • Adapt content for different platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Community Engagement & Customer Interaction

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
  • Engage with followers to build strong brand relationships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor audience engagement and suggest strategies to improve interaction.

Campaign Management & Growth

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content and ads to improve results.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in social media management or content creation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
