Job Overview: 

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is not just skilled in content creation and social media management, but also has a background or passion for hairstyling/wigs, ensuring our brand content is both authentic and engaging.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across our social platforms .
  •  Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, product showcases).
  • Stay up to date with trends in the hair/beauty industry and apply them creatively.
  •  Run and monitor ad campaigns for engagement and sales.
  • Track analytics and prepare weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with hairstylists, influencers, and content creators to produce engaging campaign
  • Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Brainstorm and launch creative campaigns, product launches, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong passion for hairstyling, wigs, and beauty culture.
  • Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and social media tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns is a plus.
