Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and tagged posts in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Build and nurture an online community that reflects the brand's tone, values, and voice
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach across platforms
- Collaborate with the creative/design team to interpret and execute art direction across visual and written content
- Write clear, concise, and compelling captions and posts in grammatically correct English
- Use social media automation and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) for streamlined content delivery
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with insights and suggestions for improvement
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices.
Requirements
