Role Overview

  • A fashion house is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media manager and Operations person to perform daily social media operations, content creation, client engagement across the brand’s platforms and also manage the daily operations of the brand.
  • This role ensures consistent online presence, timely responses, high-quality content to maintain the premium brand image and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be working within a small team in a fashion house.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Operations:

  • Assist with daily posting and account activity across social media platforms
  • Keep accounts active, updated, and responsive to followers

Content Creation:

  • Shoot high-quality videos for posts and stories
  • Edit short-form videos for social media use
  • Support basic content planning and scheduling

Client Communication:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client messages
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement throughout the day

Trends & Monitoring:

  • Stay current with social media trends and content styles
  • Support content alignment with brand tone, style, and standards

Operations:

  • Oversee the daily supervision of staff members.
  • Ensure consistent quality delivery to our clients

Work Expectations

  • Active daily presence on social media
  • Early and consistent response to messages
  • Reliable delivery of video content
  • Flexible adherence to shift and rotation schedule, including remote evening coverage
  • Oversee the delay operations on behalf of the CEO

Qualification andExperience

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience in social media support or content creation is preferred

Required Skills:

  • Strong video shooting and editing skills
  • High proficiency with CapCut or similar editing tools
  • Good understanding of short-form social media content
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • High level of daily activity, responsiveness, and reliability
  • Ability to manage a team

Work Schedule:

  • Work Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm onsite;
  • Weekend Hours: Not required onsite, but social media accounts must be monitored.
