Location: Lakowe, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Teach and train students in software development concepts, tools, and programming languages (Frontend & Backend).
- Prepare and deliver course materials, notes, assignments, and projects.
- Guide students through hands-on practical sessions and real-life coding tasks.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and grading.
- Stay up to date with emerging programming trends, frameworks, and technologies.
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and seminars.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in software development or IT training.
- Teaching or training experience in IT institutions is a plus.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, etc.).
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
