SUMMARY
- The MFS Software Engineer (Mobile Frontend) will be responsible for gathering user requirements, defining mobile application functionality and writing code in majorly Type Script, React Native. Our ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the MFS Software Engineer (Mobile Frontend) is to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing mobile application that complies with coding standards, visual and technical designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Implement reusable components that can be used to create a fully functional mobile application
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing mobile applications
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure mobile application is updated with latest features and stores (Google and Apple) requirements
- Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions with team members and other internal units
- Ensure audit compliance on all tasks assigned according to company policies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Elect/Elect, Computer Science or Information Technology inclined degree or diploma
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Mobile Frontend Engineer (React Native) required
Professional Qualification(s):
- React Native
- Type Script
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Concepts
- Understanding of Cloud Fundamentals; AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc
