About You

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager of Managers, BaaS Issuing to join our team. As the Engineering Lead, you’ll work in partnership with product and cross-functional leadership to develop Issuing long term tech strategy, allowing us to scale faster and more reliably as our business accelerates. Key Responsibilities

  • Set the long term vision for our infrastructure, API, and services evolves to stay ahead of our market needs
  • Drive the delivery of substantive technical solutions and product launches across your teams
  • Hire, manage, and develop engineering leaders to scale the business
  • Be actively involved in strategic direction and roadmap decisions for an emerging business


  • Have at least 8 years of engineering leadership experience and over 12 years of overall software development experience
  • Have a proven track record of rapidly delivering impactful solutions at high quality and continuing to invest in improving them over time
  • Consistently raise the bar where you work: you improve how your teams operate and the quality of their output
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Care deeply about security, reliability, and scalability of your work products, and inoculate your teams with this emphasis
  • Confidently communicate ideas, both business and technical, with executive groups and senior leaders, as effectively as you can communicate with a technical expert
