Job Summary

  • To support enterprise IT strategy consolidation, roadmap alignment, OT cybersecurity framework development, SAP roadmap tracking, and strategic initiative harmonisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Group IT Policy Catalogue and review calendar.
  • Consolidate BU and functional requirements into a prioritized Group IT roadmap.
  • Support periodic refresh of the Group’s IT Strategy.
  • Conduct IT maturity assessments and gap analysis.
  • Support development of OT Cybersecurity framework (with OT Lead).
  • Coordinate SAP improvement roadmap development and execution tracking.
  • Identify structural improvement opportunities across BUs.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmark frameworks.
  • Prepare strategic briefing materials for leadership.
  • Support cross-BU integration of strategic initiatives

Key Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

  • B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience
  • MBA or Master’s in Strategy, Technology Management (advantage)
  • Exposure to Digital Transformation certifications (advantage)
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
