Job Objective
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate critical projects across our financing business.
- This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support product and service innovation.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically savvy, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and KPIs.
- Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce delays, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Support the documentation and standardization of processes across departments.
- Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives related to product rollouts, system upgrades, or operational shifts.
- Facilitate user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate capture and dissemination of minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain a clear log of deliverables and owners, and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within financial services, fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results.
