Job Responsibilities
- Assist in basic computer troubleshooting (hardware & software)
- Support internal team and clients with tech-related issues (emails, devices, VPNs, etc.)
- Help with setting up new hardware, workstations, or software for the team
- Monitor IT systems and report any operational issues
- Document technical processes and updates
- Assist in basic network setups and printer configurations
- Collaborate with the web and digital teams to ensure technical uptime
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer systems, software installation, and tech support
- Interest in IT support, computer engineering, or systems admin
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or related tools
- Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and grow in a fast-paced digital agency
- Good communication and documentation skills
- NYSC members or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
