JOB SUMMARY
- We are looking for a visionary Technology Project Manager who can see beyond project timelines to the broader business and social value of technology. This role requires a leader who combines technical fluency with strategic thinking — someone who can translate ideas into implementable solutions that accelerate growth, efficiency, and real-world impact.
- You will manage high-impact projects end-to-end, working closely with business leaders and technical teams to design and deliver initiatives that advance our innovation agenda.
Duties include:
- Provide strategic leadership in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Define project vision, scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organisational strategy.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Implement and continuously improve project management frameworks, tools and methodologies.
- Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent progress reporting.
- Engage with executive leadership to align projects with growth and transformation goals.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the company’s digital transformation roadmap and knowledge base.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience managing technology-driven projects, preferably.
- Proven ability to lead projects that deliver business growth, operational improvement, or social impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills — able to connect dots between technology, business, and people.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and guide projects through the entire software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced or innovation-oriented environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
