  - Participating in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills, and acquire industry knowledge.
  - Shadowing experienced staff members and mentors to understand job duties, workflows, and best practices.
  - Rotating through different departments or functions to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  - Assisting with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives, conducting research, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
  - Attending meetings, seminars, and team-building events to expand knowledge and build professional relationships.
  - Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members and analyzing existing systems to offer new ideas for improvement.
  - Maintaining accurate records of training activities, achievements, and milestones to track progress and development.

 Requirements
