ARNERGY is a distributed utility technology company that leverage Internet of Things (IoT) to deploy affordable, reliable distributed solar energy solutions to rural and urban consumers and SMEs across Nigeria on a monthly subscription model. We custom design solar energy systems for commercial and residential clients using tried and tested, intelligent solar energy system ensuring Africans have 24/7 power in their homes while reducing operating expenses of African businesses saving them huge costs otherwise spent on diesel/petrol generator maintenance and increased revenue otherwise lost to cut in production.
- As our Tools and IT infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of our enterprise tools including SAP and Salesforce.
- You would work with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless operations of IT applications, tools, services, ERP and CRM packages across the business.
You will:
- Lead configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and other
- ERP/CRM solutions to support core business processes.
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, selection and rollout of enterprise tools and software.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, including business-critical applications, email, and IoT monitoring platforms.
- Manage and administer the Windows active directory
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, security, and system reliability.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, user accounts, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with embedded systems and software teams to troubleshoot field data issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of network and system security.
- Liaise with IT service providers, hardware vendors, and SaaS tool providers to resolve issues and manage licenses.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SAP configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementations in a fast-growing business.
- Hands-on experience in IoT systems, Cloud services and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
