UX & Pricing Analyst at Glovo

YOUR MISSION

  • As a UX & Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, enhancing user journeys, and designing experiments that inform our decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with Category Managers, Product, Content, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

THE JOURNEY

  • Analyze pricing data to monitor KPIs such as price index, KVI performance, margin contribution, and AOV trends across categories.
  • Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies that balance customer affordability with profitability.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and simulate price elasticity to inform discounting, promo funding, and strategic pricing decisions.
  • Design and run A/B tests and pricing experiments to assess customer behavior and validate strategic hypotheses.
  • Analyze results and translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial and product stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports to leadership and relevant teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor catalog performance metrics including product discoverability, conversion rate, and navigation flow.
  • Identify UX pain points using journey mapping, dashboards (e.g., Looker), and behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Experience in pricing, analytics, or UX optimization, ideally within e-commerce, Q-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Looker, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with UX and behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and experimentation frameworks.
  • Business acumen and the ability to balance customer experience with commercial goals.
  • Attention to detail in catalog management, pricing structures, and UX flow.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and supply teams.
